The year 2020 will be remembered for its huge challenges and the unexpected and profound impact on our lives and communities. I sincerely hope that the worst of the pandemic will soon be over and we can look forward to some normality in 2021. Our thoughts are with club supporters and their families who have been affected by the pandemic.
In these difficult times we have tried hard to provide some form of training for players of all ages. We appreciate the impact the pandemic has on mental health and wellbeing so it is important for us as a club that we do what we can to provide an environment for both outdoor fun and fitness.
With widespread vaccinations on the horizon, we hope that we can look forward to some sort of competitive rugby in the New Year. I know this has been missed by both players and supporters alike.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my grateful thanks to all those who have generously donated and to those who have given their time freely to the club since March which has helped us enormously in these most difficult times.
On behalf of the Board, I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a healthier New Year.
