James Forrester a centre arrives from Hartpury College, another player with pace at his disposal. Boasting International status having played 7’s for the Zimbabwe team he will bring a new dimension to the back line.
Adam Balding, Director of Rugby said:
“ We are now two thirds of the way into the season and some of our players have played every minute of every game and that of course takes its toll. I am delighted therefore that I have been able to bring in these three quality players to strengthen our squad for the tough games ahead.
The game against Canterbury on Saturday was a significant turning point for us, it was our first win away from home since last September. This relieves the pressure on ourselves and acts as the catalyst to get the run of results we are capable of achieving. Although the results have gone against us over the last few weeks, in the second half of the season we have gained bonus points in all but one game. This result builds on that and will lift everyone at the club. Our loyal support both home and away is second to none in this league, the players and management appreciate that and we look forward to a strong end to the season”
